Important Information Regarding W-2 Forms

W-2 forms are no longer being distributed with your pay check as in the past.  They will now be mailed to each employee from the Los Angeles County Office of Education, therefore it is important that we have your correct address when we send LACOE AUSD's employee information.


This should also serve as a reminder that if and when you have a change of address or phone number you must always immediately inform the Human Resources Department to ensure that you continue to receive important information via US Postal Service or by phone message.


W-2 forms have been mailed to each employee's home address.  If you did not receive your form contact the Human Resources Department to confirm they have your correct address on file.

All certificated and classified employees must report all absences to AESOP. This can be accomplished by either calling the system or completing the information online. The Board of Education of the Azusa Unified School District recognizes that technological resources can enhance employee performance by offering effective tools to assist in providing a quality instructional program, facilitating communications with parents/guardians, students, and the community, supporting District and school operations, and improving access to and exchange of information.  Responsible and appropriate use of technology is essential to productive work and educational environments.

This Acceptable Use Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the rules and regulations that all District employees must follow.  Each user of the District’s computer resources agrees to the conditions established herein.  It is the responsibility of every computer user to know these rules and regulations and to conduct activities accordingly.
