The mission of the Communications Department is to provide accurate and timely information to the school community and the general public about the district. The department also supports schools and district departments with a centralized printing services operation. In addition, the Department oversees School Accountability Report Cards and the District web site.
The Communications Department supports schools, departments and executive management with internal and external communications. Responsibilities include crisis communications, media relations, employee communications, website development and maintenance, issues management, event management, parent communications and graphic design.
Requests for Printing
The Public Information office oversees the Print Shop, any and all printing requests or inquiries should be directed to Alicia Torres-Sharp at ext. 6154, as all print requests require to be processed before they are sent to the Print Shop for completion. No One is permitted in the Print Shop, it is for authorized personnel only. Please do not personally deliver any print work to the Print Shop. We ask that you please submit print requests in a timely manner in order to deliver by the date requested. Thank you for your help and cooperation.
