The broad purpose of PBIS is to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and equity of schools discipline. PBIS improves social, emotional and academic outcomes for all students, including students with disabilities and students from underrepresented groups.

The goal is that each student learns the skills needed to become effective members of society and reach their individual potential in the community and work force.  Using multi-tiered and targeted interventions and supports, we will support appropriate student behaviors to create positive school environments with an emphasis on respect, safety, and responsibility, to enhance the capacity of schools, famlies, and the community.
